Excellent human resources in the organization are seen as principal capital for company to improve company’s role, function, and competitiveness facing developments changes both internally externally. Companies with high-stress levels need superior employees that motivated, passionate about work loyal organization. These needs can refer characteristics of who engaged their work. However, there still many dynamics psychological constructs have not been revealed increase engagement. The purpose this study was determine whether self-efficacy be a mediator on effect perceived organizational support (POS) research conducted through survey method taken from 103 bank marketing employees. collected data were analyzed structural equation model (SEM) showed an indirect engagement (ab = 0.13; p≤0.001).
